The red or green and impregnated stain on the teeth, where it is still shown where to go plate and brush again to remove.

How to fight plaque and prevent diseases of the teeth and gums?

1. Floss: Floss to remove germs and food particles between teeth, floss moving up and down. Insert the floss between teeth gently you could hurt the gums.

2. Toothbrush: Use any tooth brushing method that is most comfortable, but do not rub vigorously from side to side. Small circular motions and short back movements across is best. Use a fluoride toothpaste. Fluoride protects teeth against cavities. And improved sense of wellbeing, brush your tongue and rinse again.

Food residues, especially sweets, provide nutrients for the germs that cause tooth decay, as well as those that cause gum disease. For this reason it is important to remove all food residue and plaque from the teeth. Remove the plate at least once a day, twice a day is much better. If you just brush and floss once a day, do it before bedtime.

This plaque can lead to tooth decay, irritation and inflammation of the gums (gingivitis) and cause bad breath (halitosis). When this layer is not removed from the teeth hardens and becomes tartar. In this case, only a dentist can remove it with proper dental cleaning, which involves the removal of plaque from the crown and root of the teeth.
